How do I apply for coverage with Golden?

Click Apply For Coverage from the top nav. You'll answer a short intake about your organization, sport, and exposure. Most NGBs and clubs get an indication within two business days.

What information do I need before I start?

Have your org's legal name, EIN, prior loss runs (if any), member counts, sanctioned event schedule, and a primary contact email on hand. We'll save your progress if you need to step away.

Who is Golden for?

Accepted Answer

Golden protects National Governing Bodies, clubs, leagues, event organizers, and the athletes inside them. If you sanction, host, or compete, you fit the program.

Question 4

How do I file a claim?

Accepted Answer

Email claims@getgolden.insure with the incident date, location, parties involved, and any reports or photos. A claims advocate will acknowledge within one business day and walk you through next steps.

Question 5

What's the average response time on a new claim?

Accepted Answer

First acknowledgement within 1 business day. A dedicated adjuster is assigned within 3 business days. Status updates land in your inbox every 5 business days while the claim is open.

Question 6

Can my members file claims directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share claims@getgolden.insure and (214) 287-9893 with them. We'll loop your org's primary contact in on every claim for visibility.

Question 7

I can't sign in to my account.

Accepted Answer

Try the magic-link option on the sign-in page. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then contact support@getgolden.insure with the email address on your account.

Question 8

My certificate of insurance is missing a venue or sponsor.

Accepted Answer

Open your portal, go to Insurance → Certificates, and request an additional insured. If you need a rush COI for an event in the next 48 hours, email support@getgolden.insure with 'RUSH COI' in the subject line.

Question 9

A form I'm trying to submit won't save.

Accepted Answer

Refresh once and try again. If it still fails, screenshot the error, note the page URL, and send both to support@getgolden.insure so engineering can trace it.
